Order Processing and Dispatch

• Domestic Orders (Within India): Our standard dispatch timeline is 10-15 working days.

   

• International Orders: Orders are typically dispatched within 15-20 working days.

   

Shipping Charges

• Within India: Shipping is INR 300 for all domestic orders.

   

• International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination. Additional charges may apply for items with extra components, such as a dupatta.

   

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate Shipment Confirmations for each.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
