2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

2.1. Each garment is meticulously designed and crafted to the highest standards of luxury. Product descriptions and images aim to reflect the finest details, but slight variations may arise due to the nature of premium craftsmanship.

2.2. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is final and binding.

2.3. We reserve the right to limit sales of our collections to specific regions, individuals, or jurisdictions at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by Pooja Ranawat – The Indian Luxury Couture. We retain the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3.2. Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched. We accept Credit or Debit card or Internet Banking through Razorpay.

3.3. If payment is unsuccessful or flagged as fraudulent, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-fulfillment of the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We aim to ensure timely delivery of our exclusive pieces. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4.3. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Exclusivity

5.1. Given the limited-edition nature of our collections, returns and exchanges are subject to strict conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

5.2. Made-to-order, custom-tailored, personalized, or final-sale pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
