1. No Refunds on All Purchases

Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our couture pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Each item is crafted with personalized attention and often tailored to the customer’s specifications—making cancellations, returns, or refunds infeasible.

2. Custom & Made-to-Measure Products

Custom and bespoke garments (including made-to-measure bridal wear or couture orders) are created specifically for you. As these items are not resalable or reusable, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a major manufacturing defect is present.

We encourage you to confirm your measurements and customization details before placing the order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that:

  • Your item arrives in a damaged condition, or

  • You receive an incorrect product,

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will investigate and, if applicable, offer:

  • A one-time alteration or correction,

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A store credit (valid for 6 months).

Please note: To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Color & Fabric Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, and embroidery are not considered defects. These are common in hand-crafted items and are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship. Product images on the website may also vary slightly depending on screen settings.
